Before diving into the software, there are a few essential administrative tasks we need to address. These include setting up the organization, configuring its branches, adding employees, insurers, and products. Completing these steps will ensure a smooth and efficient start to using the platform.
Login
By now, you must have received the first user’s login credentials from the SIBRO support team. Please login to the system with those credentials.
As an Admin user, our very first priority is to achieve the following 3 objectives:
- Set up organisation & organization branch master
- Set up insurer, insurer branch & policy masters
- Set up users
