Change Client
Learn how to change the client for a specific policy in Converted or Upcoming stages without affecting other transactions. Follow simple steps to update client details seamlessly.
To change the client for a specific booked policy in the Converted Stage without impacting other connected policies, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Policies > Converted.
- Locate the policy you wish to modify.
- Click to expand it and go to the Policy Issued step.
- Click the edit icon next to the Client Name.
- In the pop-up window, select Change Client from the top right corner.
- Choose the client you want to assign to this specific policy.
- Click Update Client.
- Save the issued policy.
This will update the client for the selected converted policy only, leaving other transactions unaffected.
For changing the client of a specific policy in the Upcoming Stage without altering other transactions, follow these steps:
- Go to Policies > Upcoming.
- Find the policy you want to edit.
- Click to expand it and proceed to the Edit Prospect step.
- Select Change Client.
- You will be prompted to either choose an existing client or create a new one.
- Click Next, then Save.
This will update the client for the selected upcoming policy only, without affecting other transactions.
