Change Client

Learn how to change the client for a specific policy in Converted or Upcoming stages without affecting other transactions. Follow simple steps to update client details seamlessly.

To change the client for a specific booked policy in the Converted Stage without impacting other connected policies, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Policies > Converted.
  2. Locate the policy you wish to modify.
  3. Click to expand it and go to the Policy Issued step.
  4. Click the edit icon next to the Client Name.
  1. In the pop-up window, select Change Client from the top right corner.
  1. Choose the client you want to assign to this specific policy.
  2. Click Update Client.
  3. Save the issued policy.

This will update the client for the selected converted policy only, leaving other transactions unaffected.


For changing the client of a specific policy in the Upcoming Stage without altering other transactions, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Policies > Upcoming.
  2. Find the policy you want to edit.
  3. Click to expand it and proceed to the Edit Prospect step.
  4. Select Change Client.
  1. You will be prompted to either choose an existing client or create a new one.
  2. Click Next, then Save.

This will update the client for the selected upcoming policy only, without affecting other transactions.
